Tallulah’s Top Tips for the week #19

1. We don’t just need to learn about technology to do our jobs more effectively, but about ourselves. Most of us are lacking in self-awareness! Research found that 95% of us think we are quite self-aware but only 10-15% of us are. The good news is our team can help us to build it up…

2. Dr. Seuss gives us a great reason on why we should always keep learning: ‘The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll GO!’

3. Did you know the technology adoption lifecycle is a sociological model describing the acceptance of a new product/ innovation? It’s made up of five groups of people – innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority and laggards. Learn more.

4. When building a change management communications plan, think two-way. Include tactics that transmit the message, but also tactics that encourage feedback to prove you’re listening to employees and what they’re thinking.

5. A top tip from the iconic Oscar Wilde, ‘You can never be over dressed or over educated!’ So, keep on learning…
