The Inform Team take on ‘business as usual’ training delivery for Mott MacDonald

The Inform Team has been appointed by Mott MacDonald to provide IT training support while internal training delivery teams are refocused onto IT project-specific training needs.

Under the contract, The Inform Team will provide new users, acquisition staff and project teams with IT training for technology used by the consultancy on a daily basis. Sessions in associated Mott MacDonald process such as document management systems, which enable the sharing of project files and models among colleagues, clients and its supply chain, will also be provided.

“The Inform Team has industry experience and an understanding of best practice, which they develop in partnership with clients,” said Carole Teacher, Group Learning and Development Manager at Mott MacDonald. “Our respective teams will form close relationships with The Inform Team working as an extension of our own, contributing to the continual improvement of our staff and project initiation processes through the application of technology.”

Samantha Kinstrey, Director of The Inform Team, said: “We are delighted to have been selected as Mott MacDonald’s preferred training partner. We’re looking forward to forging a long-term relationship whereby The Inform Team can support the consultancy’s internal teams by continually improving our interventions.”

The Inform Team will also provide skilled resources to support Mott MacDonald during delivery peaks by providing learning and development resources for projects which will ensure a scalable and flexible approach.
