The Inform Team HQ has been a hive of activity since you last heard from us; as well as continuing to do interesting work with our clients, some highlights below, we are now working with Microsoft and their partner community to help their clients maximise the value of their Microsoft applications by meeting tara.
Maximising the value of your investment in IT
An organisation typically invests in new technology based on the value and benefits it can deliver to the business, whether that be increased sales, decreased costs or improved efficiency. While technology enables that value to be realised, actually realising that value requires some effort, in particular, by focusing on the people using the technology and encouraging them to change their ways of working.
We have been working with Microsoft recently who are continuing to focus their partner community on the adoption of their technology. To support this, we are launching our Technology Adoption Readiness Assessment (tara) offering. tara is a consultative engagement whereby we assess how ‘ready’ an organisation is to realise the value anticipated from a migration to Microsoft Office on premise or in the cloud, whether that migration be from a non-Microsoft suite or a previous version. Today we launch our new website; we have worked hard putting together the content, so we really hope you like it. Our work highlights
As always we have also been busy working with our favourite clients, some highlights over the last few months below:-
- We have supported a large UK Insurance Provider by helping their people adopt a new Avaya telephony system, producing some innovative online Avaya content for them.
- We have worked with the CIO of a global Corporate Travel Company to help their people and customers understand the value of the significant investment they are making in IT.
- We have saved a client many thousands of pounds in travel time and expenses by developing a virtual training solution for business-critical Lync Attendant training which would have otherwise required travelling to 27 countries, a feat no-one said could be done…..
