Building on our status as an approved government supplier, we’ve been accepted onto the Government’s Digital Outcome and Suppliers Framework (DOS4).

Being a DOS4 framework supplier works alongside our success of becoming an approved G-Cloud 11 supplier earlier in 2019.

As a DOS4 supplier, it’s easier for government departments to tap into our extensive technology change management experience, and our specialists combining the breadth of skills needed for successful change.

What is the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 4 framework?

The Digital Outcomes and Specialists 4 (DOS4) framework lets public sector clients find suitable suppliers, such as The Inform Team, that can deliver digital transformation and service delivery improvements. Inform can supply specialists to improve adoption of technology transformation programmes, for example as trainers or communication experts. We have particular expertise in helping organisations exploit the benefits of Microsoft Office 365 – whether first-time migration, or introducing a potentially transformational component, such as Teams.

The DOS4 framework is operated by the Crown Commercial Services (CSS) and is a procurement stage for the public sector.

Government departments have contracted The Inform Team through the Digital Marketplace since 2015. We’re proud to have helped numerous departments and public sector organisations achieve a smarter way of working. Through our change management and employee engagement services, we’ve helped government departments deliver more effective technology transformation projects. We’ve helped them improve the ways in which their people work. This includes compliance expertise, engaging with teams who use adaptive technology or have other specialist training requirements, and providing face-to-face and virtual training to sites across the UK. Read our case studies to find out more about how we’ve helped clients.

What does being DOS4 approved mean for The Inform Team?

We’ve a great track record of supporting government departments. Working with different departments on new projects challenges us to develop our work to scale and deliver multi-site activity for a complex network of users and stakeholders. We’re excited to grow our expertise and to keep supporting our public sector clients. And because of the application process, we know that our values and knowledge align with the Government’s ‘digital by default’ approach, its code of practice and that we’ve achieved the right standard in our reporting and performance so far.

How do public sector clients approach companies to work on a digital project?

Public sector clients have guidance on how to use the Digital Marketplace and can follow the simple steps and download approved suppliers to create their project requirements.

And any potential client can use our contact form to set up a call to talk through their project.
