Working as a part of a central team, the Change Manager executes change strategies for our customers. You’ll work under the guidance of our Senior change consultants and alongside our communications and marketing colleagues, creative design, expert trainers and assurance, security and Microsoft Power Platform specialists to deliver the right outcome for our customers. Initially you will work on one of our major projects that is currently underway but over time you’ll work across multiple client projects at any given time, so you’ll enjoy variety and exposure to different industries. You’ll have delivered at least three technology change programmes and will ideally be a Prosci© Certified Change Manager.

Working as a part of the operations team, the data & application developer is responsible for the continuous management and development of business Power Apps and Power Automate flows, which support the business. You’ll work under the guidance of our data & DevOps manager and alongside our operations and data colleagues, to deliver high-quality systems and services for the company.
You’ll work with our team of business analysts, who engage with our stakeholders and users, and take requirements and designs from concept to build, deployment to addressing user feedback. The operations team use a DevOps approach to combine development and operations into one team to continually provide value to the business. The operations team leads projects such as system upgrades and updates in addition to business-as-usual activities; you will be able to work on projects as well as undertake routine development tasks/activities.
Working in our central Creative Agency, the SharePoint intranet manager will manage our own intranet and also facilitate SharePoint work for clients. You’ll work with our change strategy leads and communications colleagues to deliver client projects. You’ll understand how great UX, content and analytics can work with SharePoint’s powerful intranet and document management capabilities to support how people work. You’ll work with multiple clients at any given time, so you’ll enjoy variety and exposure to different industries. You’ll have worked in a lead position on SharePoint intranets and be excited to unlock Microsoft’s potential for our clients beyond SharePoint.
We’re helping young people aged 16-24 on universal credit to get the work experience and skills they need to give them a foot into the jobs market. You’ll get a role for six-months with us, for 25 hours a week as part of the government’s Kickstart Scheme. At the end of the six months, if you’re interested and the role is working well, we may be able to make your job permanent. Either way, you’ll have learnt some fantastic skills and had some great opportunities to work with our forward-thinking, friendly team.
The digital marketing assistant will work as part of the Inform’s creative agency team and help with our social media marketing. You will help with the ideas, creating content and monitoring performance. Your work will focus on LinkedIn and Twitter, although you may draw inspiration from other channels.
You’ll be proactive, driven and ready to learn as well as understand that corporate and personal social media accounts are different. We’ll give you the training you need to deliver well in this role and give you skills and knowledge that will help you develop your career. You’ll work closely with the rest of the business to source ideas and insight that will improve your work.
The sales administrator works closely with our commercial manager who is responsible for all sales for The Inform Team. You will help with the admin around sales and learn about ‘social selling’ and customer management tools, which are essential in sales.
You’ll be proactive, driven and ready to learn. We’ll give you the training you need to deliver well in this role and give you important skills and knowledge for a future career in sales. You’ll work closely with marketing and communications, to create and maximise leads and opportunities, and operations, to ensure sales orders are processed efficiently. You’ll spend lots of time talking with colleagues, partners and clients so will develop your confidence and presentation skills – you should enjoy meeting new people.
The operations assistant will work as part of Inform’s operations team. You’ll help the team be organised, prepare them for meetings, record meeting actions and raise tickets on our support system, as needed. You will have an interest in data and IT and want a career specialising in one of these areas as you’ll learn lots in both areas as part of this role.
