The Inform Team achieve The Learning and Performance Institute’s ‘Small Business Accreditation’ which aims to support and recognise emerging learning providers

A fundamental objective of The Learning and Performance Institute is to assist in the raising of standards in learning and development through its unique organisation accreditation process and consulting service.

“Accreditation is important to us to ensure we are delivering a quality service to our customers” says Samantha Kinstrey, Director of The Inform Team and Fellow of the Institute. “The annual review is a chance for us to review and reflect on our business, including our proposition and position within our market, along with our processes and procedures, ensuring they are in line with best practice and we are operating efficiently. The accreditation process allows us to run new ideas by an experienced industry resource, helping us to identify opportunities for growth and development for the year ahead.”

“The Inform Team’s vision for ensuring effective technology adoption is both comprehensive and realistic”, said Alan Bellinger, Executive Consultant at the Learning & Performance Institute. “The Team is performance ready to deliver against its challenging goals. This is a period in which significant investments are being made in new technology, and it is more critical than ever that the returns on such investment are maximised through effective technology adoption by the people who use it”.

The Inform Team are active participants of the Institute; as well the organisation being accredited, they belong to the Learning Directors Network, all of its staff are members of the Institute, and their trainers are Certified Online Facilitators (COLF).
