The Inform Team is delighted to announce that we’ve been accepted onto the government Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) 3 framework as a supplier. Managed through the Commerical Crown Service (CCS), the framework provides a digital marketplace for the public sector to select suppliers who can help them to research, design, build, test and deliver software applications and digital services.
Under the agreement, we’ll be able to deliver digital communication and engagement services and provide related specialists – such as business analysts, communications managers and content designers – to help organisations land technology transformation programmes with their employees. The value of the DOS 3 framework is estimated to be £1.2billion, and at almost four times the value of its predecessor, it shows the commitment of the government to be ‘Digital by Default’.
Being awarded this agreement, shortly follows us being accepted as a government G-Cloud 10 supplier for a third year this Summer. The public sector is truly dedicated to digitalising its services, as The Inform Team has supported four central government departments, one NHS trust and a local council to adopt Microsoft Office 365 in 2018.
Samantha Kinstrey, Director, The Inform Team comments: “Investing in digital services helps organisations to create efficiencies, enhance productivity, boost collaboration and give employees a better working environment and experience. However, to optimise these benefits requires a team of experts who recognise the impact this change will have on employees and understand how they will need to adapt.
Our communications, content design and engagement experts analyse an organisation’s requirements, so compelling content and outreach programmes can be created to aptly support a digital transformation programme. Their focus is to embed the new way of working so employees embrace the change and stakeholders gain the return on their investment.”
