Graphic reading “The G in G-Cloud stands for government. Today, we’re borrowing G for good news,” beside a glowing blue and pink letter G.

Our place on G-Cloud 15 gives public-sector organisations an established route to work with us. This year, our submission also received full marks in three assessed areas.

Why we humanise AI

Some of our most important work comes with a marketing problem.

We can’t talk about most of it 🤫

We work inside complex transformation programmes with high-profile public-sector organisations. Security and confidentiality often keep the details off our website and away from LinkedIn.

So, when a result arrives that we can share, we make the most of it.

The Inform Team has secured its place on G-Cloud 15.

G-Cloud may not dominate many dinner-table conversations. For public-sector teams, however, the framework matters.

It gives organisations an established commercial route to buy our services. It also helps make much of our public-sector work possible.

That includes work across Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI adoption and organisational change.

Three scores worth talking about

For the first time, our G-Cloud submission received formal scores.

We achieved 100/100 in three areas:

  • Understanding social value
  • Level of security clearance
  • Cyber Essentials

Understanding social value

Level of security clearance

Cyber Essentials

Three full marks.

Yes, we checked twice.

We’re proud of the scores, but the numbers are only part of the story.

They reflect areas that matter before delivery begins.

Public-sector organisations need confidence that suppliers take security seriously. They also need partners who understand their wider responsibilities.

Social value should shape delivery from the start. Security should do the same.

These scores provide further evidence of how Inform approaches both.

They don’t replace delivery experience or measurable outcomes. They add another layer of confidence for organisations considering working with us.

Helping public-sector change stick

Securing a place on G-Cloud is the route in.

The work starts after that.

Our teams support organisations as they rethink how work gets done. That might mean improving Microsoft 365 adoption, preparing people for Copilot or exploring how agents could support new ways of working.

Technology plays an important role.

Lasting value depends on people understanding the change, building confidence and using new tools well.

We combine technology adoption with the practical support that change requires. We help leaders set direction, prepare their organisations and build skills across their teams.

The work is strategic, focused on outcomes and measured by impact rather than airtime.

G-Cloud 15 gives public-sector organisations a clear route to access that support.

We may not be able to share every programme we work on.

We can share this result.

And it’s a good one.
